Our Team

Dr. James Asare-Adjei is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Asadtek Group Limited. He worked as chief executive in similar Industry in Ghana, as well as a manpower development manager with several years of progressive experience in capacity building, human resource, and general management.

An engineer by profession, Dr. Asare-Adjei holds a BSc degree in Engineering (K.N.U.S.T), a postgraduate diploma in marketing (C.I.M-UK), an MBA (Birmingham City University-U.K) and DBA from SBS Swiss Business school, Zurich-Switzerland. He was the President of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI).  Dr. Asare-Adjei was a Member of the Advisory Boards of Ministries of Power and Petroleum. He served as Advisory committee member of Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF).

Mrs. Agnes Asare-Adjei is the longest serving member of the senior management team that nurtured the Asadtek Group to its current state and stature. She joined the Company in 2002 after working for six years with MET-FAB Engineering & Services Ltd, and an aluminum manufacturing company. A graduate of K.N.U.S.T- Ghana, with a degree in Agricultural Science. She has attended several management skills development courses to sharpen her managerial acumen. She has completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at GIMPA.

Yaa Gyamfua Kusi brings with her a vast experience of 10+ years as a Human Resource Manageress from the most highly prestigious companies in Ghana.

Mr. Dapado has over 20 years plus experience in cooperating management

Mr. Solomon Tekutey Narh has worked as an Accountant and Finance Manager for the past ten (10) years across diverse fields including manufacturing and logistics. He a degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies. Prior to joining Asadtek Group, Mr. Narh worked A & T Roga Limited (A key Unilever and Nestle Distributor) and GIOFU Group Limited, where in addition to managing the accounts department, he also managed the general operations of the companies. Mr. Narh has rich experience in managing finances and budget monitoring for an organization’s growth.
