Asadtek Group Limited (AGL) is a privately held Ghanaian company registered originally to engage in the production of household cooking utensils. The Company over time, extended excellence and success in the aluminum products space into manufacturing of roofing products and currently the real estate property market, leveraging the synergies that exist in both business segments.

To effectively grow each of the business segments, the company management created a group structure that organizes each of the business segments i.e. Kitchenware, Roofing Products and Real Estate property development, in different operating structures, under Asadtek Group Limited (AGL).

AGL has since been registered and the regulations amended accordingly to reflect the changed corporate structure i.e., Asadtek Kitchenware Limited; Asadtek Roofing Limited and Asadtek Properties Limited.
